Above registration fees are inclusive of attendance to scientific program, congress printed materials, coffee breaks during scientific days of the Congress and subject to VAT 18%.

• In order to register for the course, it is mandatory to register for the congress.
• The course language is Turkish. There will be no simultaneous translation.

ACCOMMODATION

• VAT 8% should be added to the accommodation fees
• Accommodation prices are for 3 nights and include April 14, 2022 check-in, April 17, 2022 check-out and included bed-breakfast.
• Topkon Congress Services reserves its right to reflect possible tax, fees, charging changes on prices.

• Registration and accommodation fees can be sent to the bank bank on the website or can be paid by credit card. 3% service commission is charged by the bank for credit card payments.
• Topkon Congress and Event Services by fax or e-mail the registration and accommodation payment receipt for the Topkon Congress and Event Services meeting registration.

• Airport-Hotel-Airport two way private transfer fee is 90 Euro
• The transfer fees are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT ratio is 18%.
• Transfer requests must be submitted to the congress organisation at least 7 days in advance in writing.

• Cancellations made before 1 January 2022 are subject to refunded by 50%, except for bank transfer charges.
• Cancellations made after 1 January 2022 are non-refundable.
• All refunds will be executed after the congress.
