Registration Payments

• The above-mentioned registration fees include participation in the scientific program of the main meeting, printed conference materials, lunch, tea and coffee breaks on the scientific program days.
• Registration and accommodation fees can be sent to the bank account or paid by credit card.
• If meeting participants have made payment via bank transfer, they must send the payment receipt for registration and accommodation to the email address voiceistanbul@topkon.com.
• In case of any change on the VAT ratios, amount will be calculated accordingly.
• Prices above include 20% VAT.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation Payments

• The accommodation price at Elite World Comfy Istanbul Hotel includes a shuttle service. During the conference dates, there will be one trip from hotel to conference venue in the morning and one trip from the venue to hotel in the evening of the end of each day, with the exact times to be announced at a later date.
• Mövenpick Living Saklıvadi is within 10 minutes walking distance to the conference.
• The rates above are per room per night and bed & breakfast concept.
• Prices above include 2% Accommodation Tax and 10% VAT.
• In case of any change to the VAT ratios, the amount will be calculated accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made before February 15, 2025 will receive a 50% refund, excluding bank transfer fees.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made after February 15, 2025.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
