Registration Payments

• The above-mentioned registration fees include participation in the scientific program of the main meeting, printed conference materials, lunch, tea and coffee breaks on the scientific program days.
• Registration and accommodation fees can be sent to the bank account or paid by credit card.
• If meeting participants have made payment via bank transfer, they must send the payment receipt for registration and accommodation to the email address voiceistanbul@topkon.com.
• In case of any change on the VAT ratios, amount will be calculated accordingly.
• Prices above include 20% VAT.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation Payments

• Mövenpick Living Saklıvadi is within 10 minutes walking distance to the conference.
• The rates above are per room per night and bed & breakfast concept.
• Prices above include 2% Accommodation Tax and 10% VAT.
• In case of any change to the VAT ratios, the amount will be calculated accordingly.

TRANSFER

• For transfer reservations and requests, please contact voiceistanbul@topkon.com.
• Prices above include 20% VAT.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made before March 07, 2025 will receive a 50% refund, excluding bank transfer fees.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made after March 07, 2025.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
